Drop box
Please do not use the drop box at our current office location at 5809 Departure Dr, Raleigh, NC 27616 after Tuesday, October 27. Otherwise, any items you submit may be lost.
Service disruptions
The board has attempted to limit the amount of time when telecommunications are unavailable. However, there will be a disruption on Wednesday, October 28. Please note that if you call us on this date, our telecommunications services may be down, and the staff will not be able to retrieve voicemail. Although we believe this disruption will be limited to that one day, it’s possible that it may extend longer if there are unforeseen issues at the new site. We appreciate your patience with us on these days.
Please do not send faxes to us from Wednesday, October 28, to Friday, October 30. Any faxes sent on those dates may not arrive.
We will attempt to respond to emails as soon as possible on the move dates, but please note that we may not be able to respond to emails as quickly as we’d like on those days. Thank you for your patience as we focus on getting the new office set up.
