The board has proposed two rule amendments. This proposal appears in the December 2, 2019 edition of the North Carolina Register.
Summary of rules
The amendment to 21 NCAC 06O .0122 corrects an erroneous double negative that undermines the intended purpose of the rule; and
The amendment to 21 NCAC 06S .0101 establishes dress requirements for practical exams and reorganizes the rule for ease of reading.
