Proposed Rules

 

The board has proposed two rule amendments.  This proposal appears in the December 2, 2019 edition of the North Carolina Register.

 

Summary of rules

 

  • The amendment to 21 NCAC 06O .0122 corrects an erroneous double negative that undermines the intended purpose of the rule; and
  • The amendment to 21 NCAC 06S .0101 establishes dress requirements for practical exams and reorganizes the rule for ease of reading.

 

Public hearing on rule
