Proposed Rules

 

The board has proposed two rule amendments.  This proposal appears in the December 3, 2018 edition of the North Carolina Register.

 

Summary of rules

 

The amendment:

 

  • Allows schools to enroll students quicker after submitting the student-permit application;
  • Establishes time frames for the board staff to issue student permits; and
  • Makes conforming technical changes.

 

Public hearing on rule
